I am a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), hold an Executive MBA from London Business School, an MA (Cantab) from Cambridge in Languages & Social Psychology, a CMI qualification in Coaching & Mentoring and I am a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), OPUS and a Fellow of the RSA.
I work with people from CEO to front-line in private, public and not-for-profit organisations, as well as through consultancies as an associate or as a visiting Executive Coach & Learning Facilitator at organisations such as London Business School, Reed Learning and Hemsley-Fraser, as well as some interim management work.

My own experiences, thoughts & feelings and those of my clients, I help people and teams make goals more inspiring, build awareness of how mindsets and behaviours help and hinder, catalyse insights and self-belief so people can change to deliver better working environments, decisions, plans and outcomes.
For my own enjoyment, health and sanity, I play sport and music (I finally learning the piano in 2013) and I love to get outside, especially to mountains or the sea! Oh, and a wonderful wife-partner-friend and our 3 young sons stretch and challenge me continuously too - and make me laugh!
